How to Be a Syndicated Investor

In a real estate partnership, like you mentioned before, say just between me and you, that's not a syndicate. But when you have, say, a general partner who's going out and they're handling the entire deal and they're pretty much making that deal go,. And then you have limited partners who are just investing money. They're not really part of the operations. That's kind of where you get into a syndicates. Absolutely. For example, if there's a syndication with greater than 35 limited partners, limited entrepreneurs who in some way, shape or form, probably through depreciation with a real estate asset receive losses allocated to them.
