Beijing has offered some supportive measures to shore up the economy, including tax cuts and loans to small businesses. The dining services in Beijing are definitely among one of the hardest hit sectors because people are making less money so they're more reluctant to spend. According to a report by Goldman Sachs, nearly 200 cities in China now have high-risk districts. That's 75% of China's GDP.
