The Distractions of Education in Politics
I agree too much on the cycle of elections and various other things. But where does it leave the broader political landscape, which most of us tend to paint as being what politics is about? There's a mismatch in many ways between these divisions and the political choices that were offered. I think an absolutely fundamental question of our politics is what comes after the political party? It's impossible to imagine representative democracy without political parties.
