Tail Scale - Why You Choose Wire Guard?

Tail scale was built on top of open VPN wire guard. From what I understand with wire guard, you don't need to set up a certificate authority or figure out how the heck to revoke certificates,. You just have key pairs. And if a node needs to be removed, you delete the key pair and you're done.
