Is There a Distortion of the Upper Esophageal Sphincter?
If you have a diverticulum that's greater than three centimeters, you'll need endoscopic division of the upper esophageal sphincter. You could do this through a left neck incision with or without the diverticulectomy. I don't know what it is about zenkers but they love testing this topic.
