When i was an internal medicine resident, we had one noon conference on builling. And then you sort of, you know, you hide out in training for as long as you can. But that's so true. I love it is as extra experience, right? When, in quotation, marks this bonus experience that they get to have,. but now, the business of medicine is part of, part of learning, is part of training.
