I believe that this would not have happened if not for quarantine and the added anxiety and stressors that came with quarantine and COVID-19 I don't think that it would have happened in any other situation again. That story serves me it helps me accept what happens it helps me not go back in question why did I ever get together with this person how did I not see this coming from a mile away like it really soothes me and helps me. Another element that's really helped me is like something that I have hated hated hearing from people is this is a lesson you needed no you really no this is like you're really gonna grow from no but to me I already did that growth before
