The podcast is called normal gossip because at some point in the past, I tweeted, what if someone gave me a podcast called normal gossip? Interviewed people who work at the gap. So that's why it's called normal gossip. We anonymize every story, which means that we take the names and the locations and often shift them to something that is similar but not quite exactly the same.
