Energy Stocks Are Probably Buy, if It's Under 70 Dollars
The longer that oil stays kind of up here, even with the markets doing what they're doing, its gong to force people's hands to alocate into the energy sector. You just mention the mortgage rate topping six %, first time since two thousand and eight. And so when you think about what's gone on in stocks, the fact that the stock market could decline four, five % in one day is obviously meant to be a very liquid asset. But then what people are saeing also as far as housing, right? And what the cost of variable mortgage or something like that? I mean, those costs are going up fairly dramatically here.
