There were loads of charges against elizabeth holmes, and four of them she was found guilty of. The evidence that really worked for the jury there were certain documents that therinos had produced. It's very difficult to deny some i when it's right in front of you. There were real world harms that happened here. Because a lot of these, a lot of this te didn't work. Some patients argued that the theyad been defrauded and that er they had been misdiagnosed. That doesn't necessarily mean that they weren't misdiagnozed. But miss holmes wasn't aware that the tec didn't work to the extent that people would misdiagnose
