The CRP being very elevated supports inflammation, but we knew that from aliquat 1 and we know we're dealing with the subacute process. The platelet count being elevated, again, it's consistent with inflammation. That TB quanifera has to be interpreted with caution, because these tests are intended to evaluate for latent tuberculosis, not for tuberculosis. It doesn't really lower my post-test concern. You can't have various manifestations in the longer-term immunoglobulin IgG form of pneumonia. We should all thanks Anne-Marie for sharing an HIV diagnosis on this episode.
