Leslie: Be where your customer is. And then also allow them have different ways to communicate to you. For like, for me, I will never call someone back, but I'm more of a text and email communicator. Some people are in their office because that's how they run that plumbing companies. So it's just figuring out what your customer is like to communicate,. You have to put your eggs in a couple baskets to be effective.
