Isometric Strength Facilitates Stabilization
Isometric strength is a very good kind of strength to produce greater stability in the body, especially the kind of stability that acts against gravitational stressors. If I don't have the strength to hold my body in position, I probably don't have very good strength to move my body skillfully through position or think about it another way. Ease, central strength tends to be particularly valuable in slowing the movement down and making it more controlled.
