Woodland Alliance's card economy is pretty strange compared to other factions. You are drawing a lot of cards and people are putting cards in your secondary hand, the supporters hand. The focus right now is mobilizing and getting the early bases and getting that early sympathy down in good positions. But don't worry so much about the crafting. Those points will come later on.
