Is the Federal Student Loan Program Creating New Colleges?

The story illustrates what we know of as incentives, incentives to behavior. So the government creates a programme and says, everyone nees to go to college. And after world war too, figuring out how do we get people in college and improve the productivity of our work for so we come out with the g i bill. Then later we start to see a the growth of the growth of of of people going to college. You have lots and lots of new colleges created. Why? Are the new colleges created because now money is easy to get?"
