I've been lucky to work for some splendid people along the way. Bob Bell and Ross Braun are probably the two biggest engineering figures that I've worked with. The challenges put in front of you are nearly always difficult, but they're normally doable in some form or another. And they never ever dull. As a way of life, it takes a lot from you, but it gives massively in return. You get to work with strong characters who almost to a person are nice people. There are a few sharks kicking around, but most of the engineering community is extremely optimistic, fun, exciting, adventurous peoplewho make your working life extremely enjoyable.
