Earning the G M T and Governance Tokens at the Same Time

You can earn both the, i guess just lit the reward token, as well as earning governance tokens on top of this. We didn't play anright actually, we changed the rule. So originally we decided say you can earn both at the same time, but now we change the rules so you can only earn one at a time. And then they become a very good, a sort of a prisoner dilemma situation, where, although you are earning the g m t, but you have to pay g sto repair.
