The Mindfulness Approach to Anger and Ill Will
Vetim is tan master and teacher of mindfulness. He gives an example of how we can relate to anger and ill will when it arises. As we practise this, we are not so often caught up in the patern of our likes and dislikes. This gives more space for discerning wisdom - then we see more clearly what is skilful and what is unskilful. It's just a spiral upwards in our lives.
