i think cultural roots also define a motherland in some way. i don't want my lineage to feel like they can't trace back the roots of our culture, you know, back to the origin china. But at the same time, if there's no one to visit there or to like houseme, it, in a way, doesn't feel like i'm going home. It feels more like i'm exploring.
