You've Got to Have a Personality, Right?
With a each one of the triads, there is a a an association with anger, fear or shame. And i believe that the walls are built in times of anger for you,. In times of shame, for me, in times of fear, for joel. It's like that's what's behind you putting up the walls. But when you try to make them go away, you use your personality to get rid of em, so it makes em go away. You can only take down the walls one brick at a time, because, youi it's excruciatingly vulnerable to do it any other way.
