The Bombing of the Chinese Embassy
At 8pm, no airstrike siren went off, and that made me a little curious. I started my car and drove straight to the new Belgrade, where the embassy was located. When I arrived, the left-hand side of the embassy was badly damaged with huge fireballs. Did you know people who were in the embassy that night? I basically knew every single one of them. There were two journalists. The newlywet couple were killed, along with one other journalist. More than 20 people were injured. So the shoe water, the bombing noise, was so loud, you could hear it even from old Belgrade.
