There's lots of sociology of knowledge about prejudice and stereotyping. But so far as I know, there isn't any that's actually looked at how prejudice affects levels of credibility given. And the theory of knowledge has moved in the direction of taking ethical matters seriously. That opens the door to see questions of epistemic injustice as more genuinely philosophical than it used to be.
