How to Pitch a New API to a Customer
With these pitches or proposals, I think it's critical to make concrete what the customer is going to see. How do you know when you finished and how do you know that it's worked? Ideally with some sort of metrics. One format that I really like is the Amazon working backwards format where you actually write a blog post of what the customers will see.
