The Influence of Lewis on Keller
Lewis was really significant for Keller in terms of helping people to identify the reason to believe in God, wasn't he? I think so much, a lot of preaching and teaching remains very abstract. The reason Lewis is so widely read still today is because he could appeal to abstract thinkers, but also to concrete thinkers. So I suppose in some ways it wasn't just his works that inspired Tim Keller,. It was Lewis's approach to reading and his sort of approach to using different imagery and things like that.
