Is There a Markdown Parser or Compiler?
I've been talking with now my former co-worker at SimpleBet, Marla Sariva, who's the creator of Surface and various parts of Surface and Elixir depend on a Markdown parser called earmark. Earmark is a full Elixir library that allows you to take Markdown and convert it to HTML. But I think there's also a number of issues with the library and its design. It's actually split into like three different libraries. With that becomes a lot of issues when you go to upgrade and having breaking changes between those versions. So last week I put up a poll and was looking for a name for this library and the Elixir community never wrote in a name called Marks
