The Raj Cockfight Month Model
There's one thing I talk about in the book and I call it the Raj Cockfight Month model. What he would do is he would find two people who are essentially peers, you know, equal skill, equal level. And then he would like to sit back and he would watch them scratch each other's eyes out until they were both dead. That sounds very intense. But what it would do is it would create such competition and such like grit between the two that he would maximize what he would get out of both employees until one was done.
