Lettingaproperty.com - Is Now the Right Time to Start?
Lettingaproperty.com only launched its AR business model probably about three or four years into having established so we kind of sort of pivoted towards a SaaS product base. There are currently in the UK there's about four four four four 4 point five million homes that are rented and traditionally around 95 96 percent of those are let through a high street agent. We're seeing similarities with 2008 but you know they're looking to save money they feel a bit more control over the process and at the speed of service.
