I had a, I had chemotherapy first, which is often done to try and shrink a cancer down. And that means you can hopefully avoid a mastectomy. But I ended up having a mastectomy anyway. And I realized I had a lot of cancer left. So that meant going flat, more radiotherapy, having my ovaries out,. Going on different tablets and touch wood. It's coming up to five years again for the second time. As a breast surgeon, it's hard to know when to tell people that your cancer could come back in third.
