Isosmotic Volume, Depletion, or Contraction?

The extracellular fluid volume goes down, but there's not a significant concentration change. Even though the fluid's gone down, there's no indication to the cell that any fluid should be pulled out. So all you end up getting in this case is extracellular dehydration, fluid loss, and intracellular the cell remains relatively normal.
