Weed - Is There a Problem With the Source Based Patient Record?
Mike: Weed gives a very prescient vision of what he thinks the cognitive work of the position is, which really stands in contrast with what we've been talking about as the virtuoso. He also centers a lot of his criticism on the composition and the media or the medium with which patient records are kept. Adam: I think an example that's actually more robust to clinical judgment and detective work exists in literary fiction like The Conjure Men by Rudolph Fisher. But they are not one, not two, but multiple detectives who bring different forms of expertise together.
