The Benefits of Smaller Venues

A lot of people base it on, they go, Oh, hey, I know that guy's name. Right? The more you're around both in time and involvement and how involved you are in that involvement, right? So if you've served on eight committees, but you've been one of those bumps on a log who never did anything and no one remembers you were there, that doesn't mean as much as if you've really been kind of a force for change. A lot of the most necessary stuff is completely bankless. Nobody would care if you did.
