How to Be a Successful Creative Director

I think the thing you have to do when you're giving feedback is always explain yourself because then the worst kind of feedback is I don't like it or keep going. A lot of times you will see an idea that is seemingly wrong, but there's something in it and then you just talk about it. And hopefully they'll learn either from the conversation or they'll turn into something great. As a creative director, you have to give a reason why you're, why you're killing something or why you've selected it.
