How to Get Buy-in for a Developer Survey Program
Sierra: Leaders, especially engineering leaders, tend to by default be a little bit skeptical of survey-based measures. How do you get trust or educate people on the validity of survey data and measurements? Sierra: I think stakeholder engagement and getting subject matter experts input is key. It's amazing how fast people buy-in to survey data when they see an outcome that they were hoping for.
