"Everybody blurs all the silent comics together," says Keaton. "It makes sense if you've never seen a silent movie, but it's sort of in people's mind ... It's black and white." The actor went from vaudeville to solo act to then shadowing our buckle as both an on-camera performer and filmmaker.
