Foundation: Why would a dog need a leash in a house to learn, sit, down, calm, stay, go to place? I don't get that. There is zero reason why you should need a leash, nor is there a reason why if you hire a trainer and they come into your house,. A trainer is putting a leash on your dog to teach your dog basic skills. That's bizarre. So those are things to think about.
