The Power of Commitment Rewards

The BEX program gives farmers a chance to buy equipment from each other. Farmers who don't participate in commitment rewards are at a disadvantage, says the group's CEO. The system also provides an equity building position for those that take part and get more out of it than they would otherwise be able to do.
