The Redeeming of Jar Jar Binks
Ahmed Best played Jar Jar Binks in Star Wars, the Phantom Menace attack of the clones and in Revenge of the City. He says it's a tall task to put an animated character into a live action movie next to Liam Neeson and Natalie Portman for our audience members. "For anyone black in this country to choose to be an artist takes an insurmountable amount of courage," he says.
