The two things that are probably the Achilles heel of everybody is your hunger and your cravings. And so I think we have to, um, you have to figure out ways you can manage your hunger. You're robbing it of these calories that you normally consume every day. The body's like, yo, this is fucking dumb. Like whatever it is you're doing, this is not a good idea.
