The Threshing Floor
The stone that smote the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth. Threshing floor is where you separate wheat from chaff, like we saw last week in Ezekiel. In some ways you could ask what side of that stone would you rather be on? Would you rather be behind it, pushing it forward, helping it gather speed as it rolls forth and becomes a mighty mountain and fills the earth? Or would yourather be on the front end of it, joining the statue, ready to be pulverized?
