Scotland Is Not a Colony of England, Nor Has Scotland Traditionally Been Catalonia
Supreme Court is not a political court, we don't have that in the UK. But it was intriguing hearing this bunch of very learned judges talking about politics like we do. The SMP often talk about this right to self-determination for a country to decide its own future. And irrespective of how people in Scotland might feel, Scotland is not a colony of England. So therefore, that thing of self-determination in international law does not apply in this case.
