Prop Trading vs a Sell Side Institution
When you sit in a hedge front seat, you are bombarded with information from people who want you to trade. And sell side, people wil like to trade and be active, but in this case, there now paying the bit off for spread. The biggest chal plunge, which i overcame in a very concrete way, is to try not to answer the pone and to no trade. It simply isn't a good use of my time. So i think that's the biggest thing. When i did trade, for to be self, filter for what's useful to me,. But made some close relationships with salespeople who knew what i wanted and didn't waste my time.
