Reassessing Debt Rules in Post-Pandemic Recovery

The Chancellor has a tough job in the budget: she needs to find a way to pay the government's bills, boost the economy and plug a hole in the public finances. Bloomberg's economists reckon the current rules on borrowing need an major update.
