If you're going to consider giving your child stimulant medication, I want to know that an expert in ADHD has diagnosed him or her first. To me, firsthand experience, especially with ADHD is really important. So my recommendation is when looking for an ADHD specialist, a psychologist, a psychiatrist, a coach, a therapist, do whatever you can do to find one of us.
