What's Your Personal Experience With Social Media?
i don't feel like your book is trying to say technology is bad, or that we should all stop picking up our phones. So i think it's looking at wha serves you and what doesn't serve you. For me, i've cut out passive action on my phone. I don't really scroll hen i'm bored any more. And so having almost lived and breathed the book, i sor of feel like it's been a personal experience from always fom listening to you. What have you now gone this tat she feels really useful or enjoyable, or does bring me joy?
