Creating a Community in the Circle

Being in the same room with people who are putting effort into actually being there is a different kind of relationship that is really hard to mimic through just purely digital channels. I think that also identifying who within the group is more of an active participant, verses maybe more of a listener, or not holding back. The engagement is so important. And i think it is especially in this time with people being burnd out and whelmed.
