The Importance of Metaphysical Grounding

The encyclopedia says the best form would be a robust legal existence. They are like internationally codified and said, yes, these are human rights. That comes with widespread acceptance based on strong moral and practical reasons. So they do exist but it doesn't seem to give much really good basis for those, right?
