The Impact of Small Things on My Mental Health
I just woke up every morning being like, I'm something's going to happen today that has never happened before in my life. Even if it was just, you know, initiative of doing one new thing or one very new thing a day. It could be watching an old movie and learning how to bleed the air out of central heating - which takes 10 seconds but took me five minutes. Just knowing that something had changed within me and I had that hope for the future made such a big difference.
