Coaches Communicating the Why of Everything
It makes it shades of grey as to whether coaches actually communicate to parents and players about this. The implication is that if there's an onus on coaches to communicate everything, then that's enormously onerous isn't it? Enormously onerous and perhaps counterintuitive at times because they'll be doing things hidden away from view for reasons that perhaps parents and athletes don't need to know. That was the one unique finding for you that study was the greatest difference between the stakeholders in that one sub scale. I think that's one area we would look at again.
