The more tools you have in your back pocket as a coach, the better you can apply or match a client dilemma. Not every tool fits every problem; if you're only trained in like one or two things, there's this tendency to make every problem fit into that tool. People who present as coaches but they're more sales and marketers than they are coaches. Mm-hmm: We're taking a quick pause to talk about open - an app built to transform your life.

Trudi Lebrón is the CEO of ScriptFlip! LLC and creator of the Institute for Equity Centered Coaching.

Today, Trudi runs a million-dollar coaching and consulting firm, helping entrepreneurs and coaches build antiracist businesses and become equity-centered coaches and leaders through ScriptFlip! certification programs, consulting packages, and executive coaching. Trudi holds a BA in Theatre, a Master of Science in Psychology, and is currently ABD in a PhD program in Social Psychology.
