Is Profit Sharing a Thing That Attracts More People?
In terms of comps, I would say early stage startups cannot be the highest pay givers. The quality of the work and the scope of innovative things that you can do is what attracts more people to high quality new startups. But as the company scales, the weightage of salary versus e-sock changes. It may still not be the highest salary in the market, but it can't be like half of the market salary, so to speak.
